Managed quite a few outsourced projects in Bangladesh where the resources worked in an offshore/onshore setup — also in Bangladesh, total enterprise solution (SAP).

Md. Ahsan Uddin is a dynamic and results-oriented executive with over 12 years of distinguished experience in the renewable energy sector and strategic project execution. He brings a proven track record of working closely with the Bangladesh Armed Forces, managing complex and high-security projects across both onshore and offshore operational environments.
As an Advisor to our company, Mr. Ahsan channels his deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and large-scale outsourced project management to drive corporate growth and operational excellence.
Prior to his current advisory roles, he successfully led multiple business ventures as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Partner, mastering cross-border supply chain logistics, high-level procurement, and stakeholder management. His leadership is pivotal in strengthening our strategic partnerships and ensuring the seamless execution of high-value projects.
Md. Mamun Hossain
Project Director (PD)
Md. Mamun Hossain serves as the Project Director of Alomgir Construction Limited, bringing more than seven years of professional experience in civil engineering, power, and infrastructure development. As a member of the Company's executive leadership team, he provides strategic direction in project planning, construction management, and the successful execution of complex engineering projects.
In his current role, Mr. Hossain is responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, including project planning, engineering coordination, construction management, contract administration, resource allocation, cost control, quality assurance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. He is dedicated to ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements and internationally accepted engineering standards.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Hossain has gained extensive hands-on experience in power transmission and distribution infrastructure, underground cable installation, industrial construction, railway infrastructure, foundation engineering, earthworks, drainage systems, and reinforced concrete structures. His ability to combine sound engineering knowledge with practical project management has enabled him to successfully contribute to the execution of technically demanding infrastructure projects.
Before joining Alomgir Construction Limited, Mr. Hossain served in engineering and project management roles with leading construction companies, where he contributed to projects implemented for prominent clients, including Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC), Bangladesh India Friendship Power Company Limited (BIFPCL), Power Grid Company of Bangladesh PLC (PGCB), and Bangladesh Railway.
He also gained valuable experience by working on projects executed under the supervision and collaboration of internationally recognized organizations such as TBEA Co. Ltd. (China), Kalpataru Projects International Limited (India), IRCON International Limited (India), and Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG (Germany). These professional engagements have enhanced his expertise in international engineering practices, construction management, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary project execution.
